Erreur mach 3 Empty Erreur mach 3

Bonjour, j'ai une erreur dans mach3 :  : le diamètre de rayon d'arc diffère de celui de fin d'arc.

J'ai lu quelques pages ici ou que le problème pouvait être un souci de post processeur dans mon soft qui génère le Gcode : dans mon soft, j'ai bien selectionné mach3 G54 comme PP.

J'ai lu aussi que dans les options générales il fallait mettre les distances et I, J et K en incrémental au lieu d'absolu ou encore de mettre un G91.1 en début de programme.

Lorsque je fais cela, mon programme se lance mais j'ai des trajectoires étranges en simulation : au bout de 16 min de programme, seuls 2 grands cercles sont tracés...

Du coup je bloque un peu

Salut,

Lorsque je fais cela, mon programme se lance mais j'ai des trajectoires étranges en simulation : au bout de 16 min de programme, seuls 2 grands cercles sont tracés...

Oui, suivant le mode de représentation des arcs utilisé par ta FAO, il faut avoir le même mode sélectionné dans Mach3

Ça peut se faire automatiquement via le GCode à l'aide d'une commande G90.1 (absolu) ou G91.1 (incrémental). Attention les commande G90/G91/G90.1/G91.1 ne doivent pas se trouver sur une même ligne de GCode, sinon une des commandes sera ignorée.

Ce réglage peut aussi se faire par défaut dans Mach3 ; dans ce cas il n'est pas nécessaire mettre des commande G90, G91, G90.1 ou G91.1 dans le Gcode.

à régler dans la config générale

Erreur mach 3 Genera10

ici par exemple
"Distance mode" = absolute (= G90) ... utilisation de coord absolues pour les mouvements en ligne droite (G0 G1)
"IJ Mode" = "inc" (= G91.1) ... utilisation de coord relatives pour les arcs (G2 G3)

Si tu a des "crop circle" un peu partout comme sur ton image, c'est que le mode d'arc n'est pas le bon.

Si tu n'a pas de "crop circle" mais seulement un arc par-ci par-la qui ne passe pas, ou des messages "le diamètre de rayon d'arc diffère de celui de fin d'arc" c'est un autre réglage dans le post processeur ; sur CamBam c'est la "longueur mini des arcs" et le "Rayon maxi des arcs" qui permet de définir des valeurs min/max pour la tailles des arcs compatibles avec le logiciel de pilotage (mach3)

Le problème, c'est que si je passe ton fichier tel quel, avec les mêmes réglages par défaut que sur mon image (absolute et Inc), ça passe sans problème ... peux tu regarder sur quelle ligne ça bloque ?

je suppose que tu a ce message directement à l'ouverture du Gcode ?
pour l'instant ton code tourne depuis 7 min en accéléré (F à 250%) et pas de problème pour l'instant.

a tu la licence Mach3 ? car sans licence, ça peut être aussi un problème de Gcode trop long ; ça met parfois ce message si la dernière ligne utilisable sans licence (au environ de 300 lignes il me semble) est un G2 ou G3.

Merci pour la réponse.

J'ai bien la licence Mach 3 et j'ai configuré celui ci avec la doc de la machine mais je crois bien avoir trouvé d'ou venait le problème :

Dans la doc il disaient de lancer mach3 via le mach3 loader et de là j'ai crée une configuration pour ma machine.

Or je viens de lancer cet après midi Le mach 3 loader et après je n'ai pas lancé ma configuration mais j'ai sélectionné mach3 fraisage.

Et là je constate que je n'ai pas la même interface

J'ai paramétré à nouveau mach3 avec les paramètres de ma machine et là en simulation ça a l'air de fonctionner.

Je retourne à l'atelier demain pour vérifier ça.

Je suis assez confus d'avoir été étourdi à ce point et de t'avoir fait perdre du temps à me répondre.

Pour me faire pardonner, je vais concocter un petit tutorial pour une fonction assez méconnue de solidworks.

Ah Ok

Oui, tu peux avoir des tas de config machine différentes, sélectionnables dans le loader (ça lance mach3 avec le fichier de config .xml correspondant à ta machine)

les screenset sont indépendants ; si tu veux un nouveau jeu d'écran, il faut toujours lancer ta config (j'ignore comment elle s’appelle), mais une fois lancé, tu peux changer de jeu d'écran via le menu View/Loadscreen .. la tu peux choisir des fichiers .set qui correspondent à des UI différentes, mais qui ne changent rien à la config machine elle même. Quand tu quitte Mach3, ce jeu d'écran sera mémorisé pour cette config machine.

Si tu veux te faire une icone de lancement sur le bureau qui lance directement la bonne config machine sans passer par le loader, voir ici.

Bonjour, je pensais avoir résolu tous les problèmes mais j'en ai un qui survient de temps en temps :

Je bride ma planche de 3plis en 19mm sur un martyr, je vérifie mes z en négatifs dans mon programme (-15.125 en avant dernière passe et -17mm en dernière passe : je voulais laisser 2mm en dessous pour ne pas endommager le martyr qui est là en sécurité)

je tangente avec mon brut sur le dessus pour mettre mon z à 0, je lance le programme.

Pas de souci pendant 2 minutes et je m’aperçois que la fraise descend trop profond et entame mon martyr. Je fais un ARU, je remet ma fraise sur le dessus de mon brut et je vois que mon z n'est plus à 0, il est en positif de quelques mm.

Pourquoi mon z se décale pendant mon programme selon vous ?

Salut

Pourquoi mon z se décale pendant mon programme selon vous ?

Soit tu a des pertes de pas à le remontée du Z (donc il descend plus bas la fois suivante), soit c'est ta fraise qui "glisse" dans la pince et qui sort de plus en plus.

sur l'usinage du pontet, il y a un rapide en Z à chaque passe pour la remonté, peut être tes valeurs d'accélération/velocity pour l'axe Z sont trop optimistes pour cette machine. (Config/motor tuning > Z Axis)

Je viens de m’apercevoir d'un truc :

Je lance mach3, je met mes axes à 0, je fais tourner ma broche et avant de lancer le programme, mon outil se déplace en x, en y et en z et la visu indique toujours 0.

Lorsque je lance un programme, les trajectoires sont bonnes au début, ma pièce est usinée à -4mm et rapidement elle plonge de 8 à 10mm mais la visu indique toujours -4mm...

C'est à n'y rien comprendre.

Salut,

C'est à n'y rien comprendre.

Pour ma part, si je lance ton Gcode en simu, tout semble fonctionner normalement. Z à -2, puis à -3.88 à partir de la ligne 24, puis -5.75 à la ligne 40 ... etc.

Assure toi que tu n'a pas des valeurs de longueur d'outil sauvées dans la base de donnée outil ; ton soft fait un GCode bien inutilement compliqué avec des G43 (correction de longueur d'outil) ; au départ il passe en relatif puis fait un G28 .... etc ....

essais de supprimer la ligne N3 (G91 G28 X0 Y0 Z0)

à la ligne N7, laisse uniquement N7 Z3. à la place de N7 G43 Z3. H01 M08

il y a d'autres lignes qui peuvent compliquer l'interprétation, comme N9 G41 D21 X-13.23 Y-.909 F1042.412

Sur ta FAO, tu travaille en centre outil ou avec correction du rayon intégrée ?

Ce programme contient 2 poches cylindriques de 18.5mm de profondeur, avec des profondeurs de passes faibles : 3mm et un contour peu profond (juste pour marquer le contour de la pièce).
Le brut est du 3plis épicéa en 19mm d'épaisseur, les vitesses d'avances me paraissent correctes pour ce type de bois et je règle la fréquence de rotation au variateur (je tourne autour de 8000 tr/min).
La fraise est une fraise de 8mm de diamètre avec 4 arêtes de coupe.


Je met mes axes à 0 dans mach3 (après avoir tangenté en z à la surface de mon brut)
Je lance le programme, celui ci commence à réaliser la 1ère poche à -3mm.
Tout semble se passer bien sauf que tour après tour, je vois ma fraise s'enfoncer de plus en plus.
Je stoppe le programme pour constater le problème une spirale dont le fond n'est pas plat comme ce devrait être.
Je remonte ma fraise, je tangente à nouveau au dessus de mon brut et là ma visu sur mach3 m'indique +6mm au lieu de 0....

J'ai filmé la scène si ça peut aider à trouver une solution face à un problème qui me dépasse.

Ah oui, c'est bizarre comme résultat, et je confirme que ça ne viens pas du GCode.

Et que dit la visu Z, elle reste à la valeur de -3mm ou elle augmente aussi au fur et à mesure que ta fraise s'enfonce en spirale ?

Si la visu ne change pas de valeur alors que ton Z continu de de descendre, la seule explication c'est que ton Z est "parasité" par quelque chose.

Un test à faire, fraise "en l'air", c'est de lancer ton usinage broche arrêtée, car souvent c'est elle qui produit des parasites (la broche et/ou le vario) ; si tout se passe normalement broche arrêtée, alors il faudra revoir ton blindage/anti parasitage de la broche/VFD.

Même si ça n'a pas de rapport avec ton problème, tes paramètres d'usinage ne sont pas du tout adaptés à l'usinage du bois, ta fraise tourne trop lentement, et pire encore, ton avance est vraiment trop lente, tu ne fait pas des copeaux mais de la poudre, pas bon du tout pour la durée de vie des fraises.

en principe, on ne descend jamais en dessous de 0.015 mm pour l'avance par dent (quelque soit la matière usinée), donc pour une fraise 4 dents tournant à 8000 tr, l'avance mini acceptable est de:

F(mm/min) = RPM(tr/min)*Z*Fz(mm)

Z, c'est le nombre de dents
Fz, c'est l'avance par dents

donc F = 8000*4*0.015 soit 480mm/min ; et c'est vraiment un minimum pour cette V de rotation, mais en fait, avec une fraise de 8 dans du bois, l'avance par dent serait plutôt de 0.08mm (1/100 du Ø de la fraise) et donc logiquement, pour une rotation à 8000 tr et une fraise 4 dents, l'avance devrait être de 2560mm/min.

Pour ma part, j'ai usiné pas mal de bois à la fraise de 8 - 4 dents (érable et noyer) et mes paramètres étaient les suivants

RPM = 16000 tr/min, avance = 3800 à 4000 mm/min (et c'est un peu "faible", je devrais avancer plus vite, mais ma machine n'était pas fiable au delà de 4000 mm/min)

Un exemple ici avec une fraise de 8 - 4 dents, et si j'ai réduit à 3000 mm/min en avance, c'est que ma pièce ne supportait pas une avance à 4000 (casse de la pièce elle même, trop fragile)

Bonsoir. Concernant la visu elle maintient l'affichage à -3mm même lorsque la fraise s'enfonce de façon autonome de 7 ou 8mm.
J'ai fait un essai à blanc fraise en l'air. Je ne l'ai pas laissé tourner jusqu'au bout car la broche était obeissante pendant la première minute.

Concernant les vitesses d'avances, je sais quelles sont très faibles. Je voulais essayer comme ça car je me demandais si ma fraise ne s'enfonçait pas à cause des efforts de coupe.

Je note le parasitage, j'ai fait un autre essai avec le même programme et là la fraise est restée à -3mm pendant 5 ou 6 tours lors de la réalisation de la poche et s'est enfoncée après. De plus certains programmes ont marché nickel.
J'ai par contre déjà eu des décalages en x et en y avec d'autres programmes.

Le parasitage peut il être du à mon téléphone mobile (j'ai un vieux Nokia 6310i) et il n'a pas toujours été avec moi à l'atelier ?

Pour blinder les cables, comment faut-il procéder ? Je suppose avec une tresse de blindage. Quels modèles choisir?

Il faut tester et re-tester et re-re-tester pour être bien sûr que c'est ça, car on a parfois des surprises en croyant avoir trouvé le problème alors que c'est juste un coup de chance que ça marche à ce moment la What a Face What a Face

Déjà il faut vérifier s'il n'est pas déjà blindé (le câble tri entre le VFD et la broche) ; normalement il y a une tresse métallique juste sous l'isolant extérieur et qui doit être reliée à la masse. Il faut aussi mettre un filtre de ligne sur l'entrée du vario. (filtre EMI)

Je viens de faire plusieurs essais fraise en l'air avec ce programme (j'ai mis une profondeur finale faible pour que cela finisse plus vite).
Sans aucun téléphone à proximité.

J'ai fais mon 0 en z au dessus d'une cale de 10 mm afin que je puisse facilement contrôler à la fin que mon 0 en z n'ai pas bougé.

J'ai fais le 1er essai sans faire tourner la broche et là nickel. En tout cas en z, à la fin du programme lorsque je me met à 0, ma cale rentre pile poil sous la fraise.

Lors du 2ème essai, je fais tourner la broche au variateur et là, je vois clairement ma fraise descendre pendant l'usinage. le phénomène s'amplifie en augmentant la fréquence de rotation....
Je dois interrompre le programme avant la fin car la pièce allait attaquer mon brut. Elle était descendue toute seule de quasiment 10mm...

Je ne suis pas sur que ce soit un problème de blindage des câbles du coup...

Je ne sais pas si c'est déjà arrivé à quelqu'un...

Oh, je verrais bien quelqu'un qui à collectionné toutes les bizarreries qu'une CN peut faire ces quelque derniers mois, dont un Z baladeur Very Happy Very Happy  s'il se reconnait jesors

ton câble de broche ne passe pas trop près du moteur Z ?

Tu penses que les câbles qui passent à l'arrière dans la goulotte sont trop près du moteur de la broche et que le champ magnétique perturbe les signaux ?

Cela expliquerait peut être pourquoi je n'ai parfois eu aucun problème. Peut être que dans ces usinages ma broche était plus basse en z. De mémoire j'usinais des pièces moins épaisses et elles étaient montées sur des martyrs moins hauts...

Tu l'a achetée neuve ? si c'est le cas, essais de joindre Jérome, il connais peut être le problème.

Le moteur du Z à pourtant l'air bien protégé sous son carter en ferraille, et loin du câble de la broche scratch

Vérifie toutes tes masses, peut être y en a t'il une de débranchée ; met une touche de ton multimètre en mode "test de continuité" sur la broche de la prise de terre (sur le connecteur d'alim 220V à l'arrière du controleur - machine débranchée du secteur) et avec l'autre touche, vérifie que tout est à la masse ; carcasse du controleur, tout les éléments métalliques de la machine et corps de broche. Assure toi aussi que la terre de la prise sur laquelle tu branche la machine est OK.

Il faudrait aussi voir à l'arrière du controleur si tu n'a pas les câbles moteur et/ou port // qui passent trop près du câble de la broche ... et surtout, ne pas enrouler les câbles sur eux mêmes, ça chope encore plus de parasites !!

c'est un pb que j'avais eu sur la mienne, le simple fait de déplacer le contrôleur pour nettoyer un peu, puis de le remettre en place avait fait passer le câble 220v de la broche (pourtant une simple Kress) tout contre le câble // ... et j'avais des pertes de pas dès que la broche demandait de la puissance. (+ d'A dans le fil = + de rayonnement électromagnétique)

au fait, tu est en port // ou en USB ?

Je suis en port // et j'ai acheté cette machine d'occasion. Le vendeur l'avait peu utilisée et m'a dit qu'elle n'avait aucun souci. Je l'ai eu souvent au téléphone et il me paraît honnête.

Par contre c'est un peu le bordel à l'arrière avec mes câbles. Demain je met de l'ordre dans tout ça et je contrôle les masses si j'arrive à retrouver mon multimètre.

C'est chiant ces parasites ; j'ai eu le même problème avec une petite 6040 qui marchait bien chez moi, mais dont l'USB se déconnectait dès qu'on mettait la broche en route chez son propriétaire ...

Ce que j'aime moyen sur ta 6040, c'est le fait que le câble tri 400Hz de la broche passe dans les goulottes et chaines de câble avec les câbles moteur ; sur la mienne le câble de broche descend du plafond (en suivant le tuyau de l'aspi) et ne passe à coté d'aucun autre câble ... mais avec un vario séparé du controleur, c'est plus simple ...

si tu n'arrive à rien en rangeant les câbles à l'arrière, tu peux essayer de déposer la broche de son support et l'éloigner du moteur PàP pour voir si tu a tj des perturbations sur un test "en l'air" ; si ça ne change rien c'est que ce n'est pas le moteur de broche lui même qui perturbe le PàP, mais soit le câble tri qui passe à coté des câbles moteurs dans les chaines de câbles, soit directement au niveau du controleur un parasitage du signal STEP/DIR.

note que le câble // est très sensible aux parasites, donc l'éloigner au max de tout le reste, et surtout du câble tri 400Hz de la broche.

il y a toutefois plus de chances que ce soit ton câble // qui se fasse parasiter que les câbles moteur eux mêmes, car dans le câble // il ne passe que des signaux faibles (commande STEP/DIR) qui peuvent facilement être parasités alors que dans les câbles moteurs c'est du courant de puissance et je pense qu'il en faut beaucoup pour arriver à générer des parasites suffisamment puissants pour générer des "fausses" impulsions dans un circuit de puissance.

assure toi aussi que tu n'a aucun câble "en l'air", c'est à dire par exemple branché sur le controleur d'un coté, mais sur rien de l'autre (ex: le câble pour le moteur du 4ieme axe si tu en a un) ; tout câble "en l'air" se comporte comme une antenne et "chope" des parasites facilement.

je ne pense pas que se soit le mème problème, mais j'ai eu un truc similaire avec l'axe A

Il se mettait à tourner tout doucement dès que je lançais la broche sans rien lui demander; le driver de l'axe A était une petite carte
j'ai monté un driver un peu plus sérieux et plus de problèmes

bon la mienne venait de chine, mais toi, cnc shop c'est du sérieux.

J'ai réorganisé tout mes câbles, en éloignant les câbles de forte puissance de mon câble de port parallèle.
J'ai blindé mon câble de port parallèle et en sortant tout les câbles, je me suis aperçu que l'écrou du câble d'alimentation de la broche était légèrement dévissé. Il a du se dévisser à cause des vibrations. Ma machine rentre en résonance à certaines fréquences de rotation.

Je vais me fabriquer un meuble dédié à la machine et monter celle-ci sur silentblocs afin de réduire les vibrations.
